Message	Sorry, I slapped that together in a couple minutes... The blue arrow shows the force on YOU and YOUR SPINE holding you in the seat... i.e. bad. The yellow arrow shows the force holding you in when properly attached to a harness bar or roll bar (as most Z'ers do). In the event of a rollover, for real protection you do need a rollbar... to keep you in your seat, you need your 4-5 bolt harness attached as shown in yellow.
